Information you enter
The app accepts one rough idea and turns it into a sharpened idea, three scoping questions, two risks, and a smallest useful first slice. That text is processed on your device. The app does not ask for personal information and does not transmit the text to Marbatis Systems LLC.
How on-device processing works
Android
BuildBrief Quick for Android uses Gemini Nano through Android AICore and the ML Kit Prompt API. The app does not request the Android Internet permission, so it cannot upload your idea or brief to Marbatis Systems LLC or a cloud AI service.
iPhone and iPad
BuildBrief Quick for iPhone and iPad uses Apple's Foundation Models framework and the system language model supplied with Apple Intelligence. The app contains no developer-operated network service or cloud AI fallback.
Storage
Ideas and generated briefs are held temporarily in app memory. BuildBrief Quick does not save them to an account, database, analytics service, or developer cloud. They disappear when the app's in-memory state is cleared.
Data collection and tracking
BuildBrief Quick does not collect contact information, identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, location, purchases, or user content. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, or telemetry SDKs. Marbatis Systems LLC does not sell or share app data because it does not receive app data.
Apple and Google platform services
Apple, Android, or Google Play may download, prepare, or update the system AI model independently of BuildBrief Quick. Marbatis Systems LLC does not receive personal information from those operating system processes. Their handling of platform services and device diagnostics is governed by your settings and their policies.
Children
BuildBrief Quick is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because the app collects no data, it collects no personal information from children.
Changes and contact
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated before the changed version is distributed.
